Shandong Ningjin County Liangyu Hardware Rigging Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Ningjin County Baodian Town Hardware Rigging Factory. It was established in 1975 and was the only production unit of rigging rings designated by Shandong Machinery Import and Export Corporation at that time.
In 1990, Mr. Zhai Liangyu bought out the management rights of the enterprise and later established the current Shandong Ningjin County Liangyu Hardware Rigging Co., Ltd. After fourteen years of hard work, the company built a workshop of 10,000 square meters and an office building of more than 2,000 square meters in the county development zone in 2004, and invested a lot of money in product upgrading and transformation, transforming molds and purchasing more than 30 sets of new equipment. The products cover the standards of many countries in the world, including Japanese standard A type, British standard BS464, BSS64. European standard BSEN13411-1, European ordinary, American standard G-414, G-411. Dutch K2, K2B, K3, K3B, K15. German standard DIN6899A, DIN6899B, DIN3090, DIN3091, Australian standard 1138, 1138 open type, national standard WT, national standard heavy-duty ferrules, etc., and can formulate special-sized ferrules according to special requirements of customers. In 2017, General Manager Zhai Shufeng took over the company and added stamping products and casting products on the basis of the original products. In the same year, a hot-dip galvanizing line was added to ensure the quality and delivery time of galvanizing. In 2023, the purchase of multiple automation equipment greatly improved production efficiency and reduced the labor intensity of workers.
